Tiffany spoke about One World Exchange and their mission to create international human rights and development internships for under-represented college students. One of the hallmarks of her work has been working with students in the United States from refugee, immigrant, and poor communities. The One World experience has been transformative for many of them – allowing them to see distant lands and learn about foreign communities. Most importantly, for many, the One World internship – living and serving abroad – has given them the confidence to dream bigger and achieve more.
