Dr. Cheryl Grills ’80, Professor of Psychology at Loyola Marymount University and a clinical psychologist, presents an overview of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Grills, who was a leading member of the Yale Alumni Task Force on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, explains what these terms mean, why they’re more relevant than ever, and how we can effectively practice and promote these important principles in our social and professional lives.
