Vivien Hoexter is a catalyst for organizational and social change, an innovative nonprofit strategy consultant and accomplished executive coach.  Her firm, Aviva Strategic Advising LLC, also provides fundraising, governance and diversity and inclusion services to nonprofits and foundations.  In 2017, Vivien co-authored a book called Big Impact: Insights & Stories from America’s Non-Profit Leaders.  

Prior to founding Aviva in 2011, Vivien served as the CEO of Gilda’s Club Worldwide, vice president for Marketing and Development at John Jay College, vice president of AFS Intercultural Programs/USA and director of development at The Hunger Project.  

Vivien graduated magna cum laude from Yale College and earned her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Cheryl Green Rosario is a visionary leader with a proven track record in supporting excellence in corporate social responsibility, family foundations and the nonprofit arena.

Cheryl recently started her own philanthropy and diversity and inclusion consulting business to further her impact.  Prior to her business, she served as Vice President of Social Responsibility (SR) at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and was the Executive Director of The ZAC Foundation.  Previously as Director, Philanthropy at American Express for 10 years, Cheryl led the strategic direction and grantmaking for the Arts & Culture & Historic Preservation portfolios. 

Cheryl is active in the funding community through her work as a mentor with Philanthropy New York and member of Council of NJ Grantmakers. She is the Vice-Chair of the Art Beyond Sight Board and member of the JBWS (formerly Jersey Battered Women’s Services) Board. 

She has her MPA with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from New York University and a BS in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
